Good place. Great ambience. Love the place and the service staff were all very friendly and nice. The breakfast service was superb. All the items are very fresh and delicious. First time trying dalgona coffee and I really love it. The soufflé pancakes were off the charts. Great dessert after a mouth watering breakfast set. Definitely recommend this place. Please call and book for a table. Definitely would come back here again!

had a great cut with senior stylist Nicole - waited a few days before writing this review to see how the cut stands after a few washes, and so far I'm loving it! will be back! heard that this salon had really good extra services, but all stopped due to covid-19, which is a shame; but ultimately it's the haircut that matters most!

Walk-ins are very much welcome! Though if you wish to secure a slot and avoid disappointment, we strongly recommend to book in advance, especially on Fridays and weekends. For reservations, it is best to reach us through WhatsApp or Phone calls at (+60)186 69 2000 and online booking.

We treat hair on a case-to-case basis, so for specific concerns, a hair consultation with our stylists is necessary. As a general rule, bleached hair cannot be permed nor rebonded, however, there are some situations that it can still be doable. So a prior visit to assess the condition of your hair is highly recommended.

Yes, we have private rooms available for hair services and Premiums Plus headspa service. Please let us know during your booking process prior to the appointment if you need privacy and female-only staff.
We pride ourselves on providing exemplary service to all of our clients in a timely and professional manner. Your promptness is greatly appreciated and required to properly serve you. In the event that you are running late, you will need to inform the salon. However, as a courtesy to other clients, we can only conduct your session within your scheduled appointment. After 15 minutes and still no show nor update, we will cater to the next customer.
Consultation is FREE. Visit us from Monday- Thursdays, we’ll be happy to check your hair/skin for you.
Bleaching after the rebonding, if necessary, should only be done after a 2 week interval to let your hair recover itself first. Perming is strongly not recommended after bleaching. If you'd like to bleach your hair and get a perm, you may want to consider doing the perm first. It is best to have a prior consultation due to different hair conditions.
Yes, you can have our signature Cinderella Treatment after perming. Prior consultation is still recommended.
